DFW Spine & Pain Institute is a pain management and spine care practice serving patients in Dallas and the greater DFW area. We combine advanced diagnostic tools with personalized, minimally invasive treatment options to help patients return to healthier, more active lives.

Many of our patients come to us after other treatments have not provided relief, including those recovering from a prior surgery that did not resolve their pain. Our physicians evaluate each case individually and build a treatment plan around your specific diagnosis, symptoms, and goals, with an emphasis on avoiding traditional open surgery whenever a minimally invasive option may help.

Our Surgery Center: North PKWY Surgical Institute

When spine surgery is the right next step, our surgeons perform the procedure at North PKWY Surgical Institute, an outpatient surgical facility on our Dallas campus built to support minimally invasive spine care.

Our care team prepares you for what to expect before your procedure and reviews your recovery plan, including activity guidelines and follow-up scheduling, before you head home.

On-Site Imaging Services: MRI and X-Ray

DFW Spine & Pain Institute now offers on-site diagnostic imaging, including MRI and X-Ray, so patients can move through diagnosis and treatment planning without visiting a separate facility.

Our MRI uses a standard machine and can be performed with or without contrast. If your physician recommends an MRI with contrast, you will need to complete lab work within 30 days of your scan. If you do not need contrast, your MRI can be performed without any lab work beforehand.

X-Ray imaging is also available on-site, giving our physicians another tool to evaluate fractures, degenerative changes, and other spinal concerns as part of your overall diagnostic picture.
